Meet aiPandu
Turn your product knowledge into guidance inside your app.
aiPandu is not primarily a standalone destination. It is an embeddable assistant connected to a selected set of trusted documents, configured for the app and audience it serves.

Create the RAG knowledge
Prepare concise, current help documents, divide them by topic and ingest them into the RAG repository so aiPandu can retrieve the most relevant passages.

Define the app integration
Choose the documents aiPandu may use, the audience it should support, the approved website origins, its welcome message and the boundaries of what it should answer.

Embed the launcher
Add the aiPandu widget to the host app. A small icon opens the chat panel, while secure backend sessions keep the integration tied to an approved website.

Test, refine and maintain
Test real user questions, correct weak or outdated guidance, re-ingest revised documents and keep the assistant aligned as the app changes.
